Goodell Decides on the Saints' Appeals

Commissioner Roger Goodell upholds the suspensions handed to the New Orleans Saints.

The former New Orleans defensive coordinator at the center of the bounties case, Gregg Williams, was suspended indefinitely and did not appeal. Williams was hired by the St. Louis Rams on Jan. 23 as their defensive coordinator.
What these pathetic journalists and most of the NFL are ignoring is that EVERYONE knew about this, from the owner to the head coach. Williams will be the scapegoat; probably banned from the league, but whatever judgement is handed to him should be handed all across the board from the front offices to the coaching staff - maybe even some players...but that wouldn't be good for business, so just pick one guy and let him take the fall.

Laters, Williams. Brush up that resume' for the college ranks, or maybe even high school.
